1.2 Technical data
Technical cookie piano_lang: stores only your language preference. Contains no personal identifier.
We do not use tracking, analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies.
1.3 App data
The PIANO LouvorJA app (hymns, liturgy, settings, playlists) stores all data locally in your browser (LocalStorage/IndexedDB). This data is never sent to our servers.
2. Purpose of Processing
Contact form data is used exclusively to:
Respond to your request
Provide technical support
Send requested communications
Legal basis: Art. 7, item IX of LGPD (legitimate interest and response to your initiative).
4. International Transfer
Contact form data is processed by Web3Forms in the United States. This international transfer is necessary to provide the form service and falls under the legal hypotheses of Art. 33 of LGPD.

7. Data Retention
Contact form: Retained for as long as necessary to respond, then for up to 12 months for historical records, then deleted.
Access logs: Per the hosting provider's policy.
Local app data: Remains on your device until you remove it.
9. Children and Minors
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. The content (hymns, liturgy, Bible texts) is religious in nature and does not involve collecting sensitive data.

We may update this Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the update date at the top. We recommend reviewing periodically.
