Using PIANO LouvorJA implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the application.

PIANO LouvorJA is a free, open-source web application designed to assist with worship service management, including:

Digital hymnal and music playback

Liturgy and service schedule management

Lyrics and Bible text projection

Support tools (timer, raffle, etc.)

The app is intended for religious and community use, without commercial purposes.

The source code is distributed under an open-source license. See the GitHub repository for details.

3.2 Content

Textual content (hymns, lyrics, literature) belongs to its respective copyright holders. PIANO LouvorJA:

Does not claim authorship of content

Does not directly commercialize content

Respects copyright per Law 9.610/98

By using PIANO LouvorJA, you agree to:

Use the app ethically and in compliance with applicable law

Not use it for illegal, defamatory purposes or that violate third-party rights

Respect the copyrights of displayed works

Keep your local data safely (we do not keep server backups)

Not attempt to compromise security or availability

5.1 Nature of service

PIANO LouvorJA is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

Results will be accurate or reliable

Any error or defect will be fixed

5.2 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIANO LouvorJA shall not be liable for:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Data loss (make backups — data is local)

Service interruption during critical use

Third-party content or external links

6.1 Software

The source code is protected by copyright and distributed under an open-source license.

6.2 Trademark

"PIANO LouvorJA" and "LouvorJA" are project trademarks. Unauthorized use is not permitted.

6.3 Third-party content

Hymns, lyrics, and literature belong to their respective authors and publishers. Organizing this content does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

PIANO LouvorJA is free and open-source. Voluntary contributions via GitHub (pull requests, issues, translations) are accepted. Eventual donations do not constitute a consumer relationship or guarantee advantages.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. It is the user's responsibility to review periodically.

You may stop using the app at any time by closing the browser or uninstalling the PWA. Since there is no account system, formal cancellation is not required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the court of the user's domicile.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Tolerance of any breach does not constitute a waiver of future rights.
